Depending on where you are in the world, times may vary.
Your order will be processed within 1-4 days, followed by shipping times of 5-14 days.
Note that these are business days and we do not process/ship orders on weekends.
You'll receive more specific delivery details on your fulfilment email update letting you know that your order has been shipped out.

At Hotpipe, your satisfaction is our priority. Here`s a brief overview of our return policy:
Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, including packaging.
Faulty Items: If an item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately for a swift resolution.
Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer service. Note that return shipping costs may apply, except for faulty items.
Refunds and Exchanges: Upon receiving your return, we'll process your refund or exchange. Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
Exceptions: Some items may not be returnable due to hygiene or clearance sale reasons.
Shipping Protection: This is a non-refundable fee once purchased, as this is paid forward to the logistics company as package insurance.
